Before Submitting the Form: Quick Checks

Sometimes charging or connection issues can be resolved without needing a replacement. Please check the following:

A. Terminal not charging in the dock

  • Check the rubber band: Ensure there is no band or strap between the terminal and the charging contacts.

  • Check the USB cover: Make sure the small protective cap on the USB port is fully closed. If it is slightly open, the terminal may not sit correctly in the dock.

If the terminal still does not charge after these checks, you may proceed with the replacement request.
